These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rocket Rolloffs website and any dumpster rental, delivery, pickup, hauling, disposal, or related services provided by Rocket Rolloffs (“Rocket Rolloffs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, requesting a quote, submitting an online order, scheduling service, or purchasing services from Rocket Rolloffs, you agree to these Terms.
If a separate rental agreement, order confirmation, invoice, or checkout agreement contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the terms presented at the time of your specific rental or order will control.
Rocket Rolloffs provides roll-off dumpster rentals and related waste hauling services within our designated service areas.
Dumpster availability, delivery dates, pickup dates, pricing, weight allowances, rental periods, accepted materials, and other service details may vary depending on dumpster size, service location, disposal facility requirements, material type, and availability.
Submitting an online request or order does not guarantee availability until the rental has been accepted and confirmed by Rocket Rolloffs.
Pricing displayed on our website or provided through our booking system is based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, quoted rental pricing may include:
Delivery of the dumpster
Pickup of the dumpster
A specified rental period
A specified included weight allowance
Disposal of approved materials up to the included weight allowance
Additional charges may apply for circumstances including, but not limited to:
Weight exceeding the included allowance
Extended rental periods
Additional pickups or swaps
Prohibited or restricted materials
Mattresses, tires, appliances, electronics, or other items subject to disposal surcharges
Failed delivery or pickup attempts
Relocation of a dumpster
Overfilled dumpsters
Excessive cleanup required around the dumpster
Additional mileage or service outside standard service areas
Municipal, landfill, transfer station, fuel, environmental, or disposal fees
Other circumstances resulting in additional costs to Rocket Rolloffs
Applicable additional charges may be charged to the payment method associated with the customer’s rental.
By providing a credit or debit card or other payment method to Rocket Rolloffs, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge that payment method for amounts due in connection with your rental.
This may include the original rental amount as well as valid additional charges incurred after delivery or pickup, including overweight fees, additional rental days, prohibited-material fees, failed-trip charges, damage charges, or other applicable fees disclosed through these Terms or the rental agreement.
The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method until all charges associated with the rental have been paid.
The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
The dumpster must be available for pickup at the end of the agreed rental period.
Keeping a dumpster beyond the agreed rental period may result in additional daily or periodic rental charges.
Requests to extend a rental are subject to availability and must be approved by Rocket Rolloffs.
An extension is not guaranteed simply because the dumpster has not yet been picked up.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and selecting an appropriate location for dumpster placement.
The requested placement area must be:
Accessible to our delivery vehicle
Free of vehicles and other obstructions
Large enough to safely deliver and retrieve the dumpster
Located on a reasonably level and stable surface
Clear of low-hanging wires, tree limbs, structures, gates, or other hazards
Rocket Rolloffs drivers may refuse to place a dumpster in any location they believe is unsafe or likely to damage equipment or property.
The final placement location is subject to driver discretion.
Roll-off dumpsters and the trucks used to deliver them are heavy.
By requesting placement on a driveway, parking area, pavement, concrete, asphalt, gravel, yard, or other privately owned surface, the customer acknowledges that damage may occur.
Potential damage may include cracking, sinking, scratching, rutting, staining, or other surface damage.
Rocket Rolloffs is not responsible for damage resulting from normal dumpster placement, pickup, or weight when the customer directs or authorizes placement in that location, except where prohibited by law or where damage results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Customers concerned about surface damage should discuss placement options with Rocket Rolloffs before delivery.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a permit or other authorization is required to place a dumpster on:
A public street
Alley
Sidewalk
Right-of-way
Public parking area
HOA-controlled property
Commercial property
Other regulated location
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, obtaining necessary permits or approvals is the customer’s responsibility.
Any fines, towing costs, relocation costs, citations, or penalties resulting from unauthorized placement may be charged to the customer.
Customers may only dispose of materials permitted by Rocket Rolloffs and the applicable landfill, transfer station, disposal facility, municipality, and governmental regulations.
Prohibited or restricted materials may include, depending on the rental and disposal facility:
Hazardous waste
Chemicals
Paints, solvents, and thinners
Oils, fuels, and gasoline
Asbestos
Medical or biohazardous waste
Batteries
Propane tanks
Pressurized containers
Flammable materials
Explosives
Radioactive materials
Certain electronics
Tires
Refrigerators or appliances containing refrigerants
Liquids
Other materials prohibited by law or the receiving disposal facility
Some restricted items may be accepted with advance approval and an additional charge.
Customers should contact Rocket Rolloffs before placing any questionable material into a dumpster.
The customer is responsible for all fines, cleanup costs, disposal charges, penalties, transportation costs, and other expenses caused by prohibited or undisclosed materials placed in the dumpster.
Dumpster rentals may include a specific weight allowance.
The final disposal weight is generally determined by the landfill, transfer station, recycling facility, or other disposal facility where the contents are weighed.
If the dumpster exceeds the included weight allowance, the customer is responsible for the applicable additional disposal or overweight charges.
Weight estimates provided before disposal are estimates only. Rocket Rolloffs does not control the final certified weight reported by third-party disposal facilities.
Customers are responsible for loading the dumpster safely.
Materials must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster unless specifically approved by Rocket Rolloffs.
Nothing may hang over the sides of the container.
Rocket Rolloffs may refuse to transport an overloaded or improperly loaded dumpster until the customer removes or rearranges materials.
Additional trip, waiting, labor, or rental charges may apply.
Heavy materials such as dirt, concrete, brick, rock, asphalt, roofing materials, or similar dense debris may be subject to special loading restrictions.
Customers should contact Rocket Rolloffs before loading large quantities of heavy material.
The customer must provide clear and safe access to the dumpster on scheduled delivery and pickup dates.
Access may be considered obstructed if blocked by:
Vehicles
Locked gates
Equipment
Construction materials
Snow or ice
Low-hanging wires
Tree branches
Mud or unsafe ground conditions
Other dumpsters or containers
Any condition preventing safe truck access
If our driver cannot complete a scheduled delivery, pickup, exchange, or relocation because of conditions outside Rocket Rolloffs’ control, a trip charge or other applicable fee may be assessed.
Additional rental charges may continue until the dumpster can be successfully retrieved.
Customers may not move, push, drag, lift, relocate, modify, damage, paint, mark, or alter a Rocket Rolloffs dumpster without prior authorization.
Damage caused to the dumpster while it is in the customer’s possession may be charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the dumpster while it is located at the customer’s property or designated service location.
The customer may be responsible for damage caused by:
Fire
Vandalism
Unauthorized relocation
Heavy equipment
Improper loading
Hazardous materials
Abuse or misuse
Damage caused by third parties while the dumpster is under the customer’s control
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on how close the request is made to the scheduled service date.
Rocket Rolloffs reserves the right to charge a cancellation, trip, or administrative fee when a delivery has already been dispatched, scheduled resources have been committed, or a driver has arrived at the service location.
Any specific cancellation terms presented during checkout or on an order confirmation will apply to that rental.
Rocket Rolloffs makes reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery and pickup schedules but does not guarantee exact arrival times unless specifically stated.
Service may be delayed because of circumstances including:
Traffic
Weather
Equipment problems
Road closures
Disposal facility delays
Disposal facility closures
Driver availability
Unsafe site conditions
Government restrictions
Events beyond our reasonable control
Rocket Rolloffs is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reasonable service delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
Names
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Billing information
Delivery addresses
Service instructions
Material descriptions
Access instructions
Rocket Rolloffs is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current.
However, pricing, dumpster availability, service areas, disposal requirements, rental periods, fees, and other information may change without notice.
Website information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of availability or final pricing until an order is confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Rolloffs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Rolloffs’ total liability relating to a specific rental or service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable rental or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Rolloffs and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, costs, losses, penalties, or damages arising from:
Prohibited materials placed in a dumpster
Violations of applicable laws or regulations
Unauthorized dumpster placement
Improper use of our equipment
Customer-provided instructions
Actions of third parties while the dumpster is under the customer’s control
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or services provided by Rocket Rolloffs will be handled in accordance with applicable Nebraska law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Rocket Rolloffs may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
