Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers!

When it comes to the nuances of roll-off dumpsters, we know the business like the back of our hands! Read below to educate yourself as to common questions and our policies at Rocket Roll-Offs.

What’s Included in Your Pricing?

Not only do we deliver the roll-off dumpster to the address that you specify, but we also include the taxes and fees so there are no surprises upon delivery.

How Far Will You Deliver To?

Rocket Rolloffs serves the Lincoln, Nebraska area. However, for an additional fee, we will deliver outside of this area. Please contact us to find out what the pricing will be for your project.

Are Your Dumpsters Cleaned Before Uses?

With a commitment to customer service, we do our best to ensure that the dumpster you rent will be cleaned between deliveries. Maybe not white-glove clean (it is a dumpster, after all) but in a suitable condition for your projects!

Where Can I Put a Dumpster in my Yard?

Dumpster placement is up to you. However, we only place the dumpsters on hard surfaces like cement or asphalt. We don’t want any “sinking ships” with our dumpsters and neither do you! You can consult with our delivery professional to help you with the right dumpster placement for the project.

What Are The Local Municipalities Requirements for Dumpster Permits?

To find out this information, call your city offices to ensure that you are following the rules when it comes to having dumpsters on your property.

How Do I Know How Large of a Dumpster I Need?

We are only a phone call away and we can assist you in determining which sized dumpster will suit the needs of your project.

How Much Clearance Do I Need Around the Sides of the Dumpster?

We recommend that you have at least four feet of clearance on all sides of the dumpster.

What If I Need to Change Anything About My Dumpster Rental?

Please call our office for any additional requests or revisions.
